Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 3': NF 599-3': Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 4': NF 599-4': Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 5': NF 599-5': Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track x 6': NF 599-6': Nicro-Fico 7/8" X-Track - Custom Length: NF 599-__ft.: NF 599 Traveller Track is a Black hardcote anodized Aluminum X-Track that measures 7/8" (22mm) across the top, 1 1/8" (29mm) across the base and is 7/8" high. Track is drilled for #10 (3/16") FH screws on 4" (102mm) centers, and has 5/16" diameter stop holes on 1" centers. NF 599 X-Track is available in 3', 4', 5', and 6-foot lengths, and lengths up to 20 feet.

Car rides on black Delrin wheels and features a pivoting shackle attachment with a 3/16" Clevis Pin. Screws included for use with NF 659 Control blocks. Car is 2 5/8" long with a maximum width of 2 1/8", and has an ultimate tensile strength of 2500 lbs..

Rubber Track End Stop: NF 601: Molded neoprene Track End for NF 599 Track covers sharp edges of track and provides a cushion for Traveller Car. Stop extends 3/4" beyond track, and is installed with 1/4" pin, NF 601P (order separately), through press-fit hole drilled in track, 1/2" from end.

Pin for Rubber Track End: NF 601P: SS pin is used to attach NF 601 Rubber Track End. Pin is 1/4" diameter x 1 1/2" long.

Adjustable Track Stop: NF 586: New-style Adjustable Track Stop for NF 599 Track. Thirty-five years of experience has shown that the primary cause of failure of the old-style NF-586X Adjustable Track Stop was long term corrosion of the spring pin mechanism, which was not accessible. New-style Stop features easily serviceable and removable SS Spring Pin assembly and rubber bumper to cushion car impact. Used on free-floating car systems without end controls, especially for jib and staysail boom travellers.

NF 599 Traveller Control Ends come in 2 configurations, those that mount on the Track itself, and those that mount on the deck adjacent to the end of the track. In cockpits, it is also common to use standard blocks mounted on the cockpit sides for controls. Control Ends are available in a variety of configurations for different purchases with or without cam cleats. | ||
Track-mount Control Ends are SS and are available with or without cam cleats and beckets for 2-1 or 3-1 purchase systems. Formed ends slide onto track and are held in place with a SS screw that fits into any existing stop hole, or a new one can be drilled, if necessary, for maximum outboard placement. | ||
