Main Halyard Sheave Box: K-11110A-2: Internal SS Exit Block is used for the Main Halyard Sheave Box on DN Iceboats and similar craft, and has mounting flanges angled specifically for use on the aft side of the 2040 Mast Section. Aluminum sheave, *K-10545-1*, is 1 1/2" diameter x 3/8" wide and will handle up to 1/8" wire, or rope up to 5/16" diameter. Assembly fits in mast cutout 1 3/4" high x 9/16" wide and projects 1 7/8" inside of mast. Mounting flanges are 1 3/4" high. Assembly is mounted with (4) #10 (3/16") fasteners on 1 5/16" (vertical) hole centers.
SS Forestay Hound: K-11268: Heavy welded SS Forestay Hound mounts internally in mast section to provide a secure Forestay Attachment point for high-load applications such as the DN Iceboat. Forestay nose with 1/2" hole projects through a 2 1/4" x 3/16" slot in mast. Curved base plate is 5" long x 1" wide and mounts internally with (4) 1/4" (6mm) rivets.
Halyard Ball Hook w/ Slide Mount: K-11161: SS Halyard Ball Hook Plate Assembly rides in sail groove on slide clamp, to allow easy vertical adjustment. SS Hook Plate (K-228) is used as Halyard Lock for 3/32" wire halyards with swaged ball (*MS 20664-3*). Fits all sections using 1/2" round slugs.
Pivoting Mast Step Assembly w/ 3-Position Adjustable Socket: K-11273A:
Unique Mast Step Assembly features flush mount base casting for 2040 Section with 3 tapped holes (5/8"-11) to allow for different placements of Socket Swivel Screw, *K-11274-1.* Socket Swivel Screw (included) has Delrin Bushing designed to pivot on a 3/4" rounded pin attached to boat and allows for vertical adjustment, as well as multiple positioning in Base casting.
	Mast Step Casting w/ 3-Position Socket: K-11273: Flush mount Mast Step Base casting for 2040 Section has 3 tapped holes (5/8"-11) to allow for different placements of Socket Swivel Screw, *K-11274-1.*
	Mast Base Socket Swivel Screw w/ Delrin Bushing: K-11274-1: Black anodized Socket Swivel Screw has Delrin Bushing designed to pivot on a 3/4" rounded pin attached to boat, and allows for vertical adjustment, as well as multiple positioning when used with *K-11273* Base casting. Unit is 1 1/2" diameter, screw portion is 7/8" long with a 5/8"-11 thread.
	Delrin Bushing for Mast Base Socket Swivel Screw: K-11275: Delrin Bushing used with K-11274-1 Socket Swivel Screw, above. Bushing is 1" diameter x 3/4" long.
DN Iceboat Halyard: K-11163: DN Iceboat Halyard for use on 2040 Mast assembly features 3/32" SS wire with SS Headboard Shackle and SS swaged ball (MS 20664-3) for use with SS Halyard Ball Hook Assembly, *K-11161.* Includes rope tail.
