Halyard Pullback Devices


Halyard Pullback (Restrainer) Devices
Jib Halyard Restrainers, or Pullback Devices (Blocks or Fairleads) are designed to be attached to the Mast under the Jib (or Staysail) Halyard entrance to increase Halyard Pullback Angle, and stop the Halyard from wrapping around the Furling System when furling. Halyard Pullback Fairleads are suitable for most applications, Halyard Pullback Blocks are used in High-Performance and constant usage applications, and recommended for use with wire halyards. Halyard Pullback Fairleads
Jib Halyard Pullback Fairleads are designed to be attached to the Mast under the Jib (or Staysail) Halyard entrance to increase Halyard Pullback Angle, and stop the Halyard from wrapping around the Furling System when furling. Suitable for use in most applications.
 

Jib Furling Halyard Pullback, 3/8" Line: Sch 78-74:
Stainless Steel Fairlead is designed to be attached to the Mast under the Jib (or Staysail) Halyard entrance to increase Halyard Pullback Angle. Formed to fit a variety of Mast Sections, unit can be bent to fit others. Unit is (maximum) 1" high, and attaches to Mast with (2) 3/16" (#10) RH fasteners.

 

 

Jib Furling Halyard Pullback, 5/8" Line: Sch 78-75:
Stainless Steel Fairlead is designed to be attached to the Mast under the Jib (or Staysail) Halyard entrance to increase Halyard Pullback Angle. Formed to fit a variety of Mast Sections, unit can be bent to fit others. Unit is (maximum) 2" high, and attaches to Mast with (4) 3/16" (#10) RH fasteners on 1 1/4" vertical centers.

Jib Halyard Pullback Blocks are designed to be attached to the Mast under the Jib (or Staysail) Halyard entrance to increase Halyard Pullback Angle, and stop the Halyard from wrapping around the Furling System when furling. For use in High-Performance and constant usage applications, and for use with wire halyards.
 

Jib Furling Halyard Pullback Restrainer Block w/ 1" Sheave: Har 944:

Stainless Steel Halyard Pullback Block Assembly includes 1" OD x 11/16" wide Aluminum Sheave on 1/4" axle. Formed to fit a variety of Mast Sections, unit can be bent to fit others. Unit is (maximum) 1 1/2" high x 1 7/8" wide, and attaches to Mast with (6) 3/16" (#10) RH fasteners on 1/2" vertical centers. Suitable for use with wire, or up to 7/16" line. Recommended for use with up to Harken Unit 1 Furlers. Replacement Sheave for this unit is Har 944-AS.

Stainless Steel Halyard Pullback Block Assembly includes 1 1/4" OD x 7/8" wide Aluminum Sheave on 5/16" axle. Formed to fit a variety of Mast Sections, unit can be bent to fit others. Unit is (maximum) 1 3/4" high x 2 3/16" wide, and attaches to Mast with (6) 3/16" (#10) RH fasteners on 5/8" vertical centers. Suitable for use with wire, or up to 9/16" line. Recommended for use with up to Harken Unit 3.25 Furlers. Replacement Sheave for this unit is Har 945-AS.

 

 

Jib Furling Halyard Pullback Restrainer Block w/ 1 7/16" Sheave: Sch 32-80:

Stainless Steel Halyard Pullback Block Assembly includes 1 7/16" OD x 9/16" wide Aluminum Sheave. Formed to fit a variety of Mast Sections, unit can be bent to fit others. Unit is (maximum) 2 1/4" high x 1 5/8" wide, and attaches to Mast with (6) 3/16" (#10) RH fasteners on 1 3/4" vertical centers. For use with up to 1/2" line and 3/16" wire.
