FE1 Furling Foil - S30: FE1-Foil: FE1 (S30) Furling Foil is used on I-265E and I-365E Furling Masts. S30 aluminum Furling extrusion has 2 Grooves aft, measures 30.7mm fore & aft x 29.8mm wide, and is available in 12M lengths (39' 4").

FE1 Furling Foil Top Cap: FE1-TC: Black Plastic Top Cap for FE1 Furling Foil used on I-265E and I-365E Furling Masts. Unit is (maximum) 45mm OD x 21mm high, fits over top of Foil and is attached with (2) 3/16" (5mm) rivets.

I-265E, I-365E Internal Halyard Hoist Car: FE1-HC: Halyard Hoist Car for FE1 Furling Foil is used with I-265E and I-365E Furling Masts. Unit is (maximum) 59mm OD x 102mm long (without shackles) and includes Shackles for attachment of Halyard and sail.

FE1 Furling Foil Feeder: FE1-FF: Aluminum Feeder is used at the bottom of the Furling Foil on I-265E and I-365E Furling Masts. Unit is 55mm (2 1/8") long and attaches to Splice Connector with a 5mm x 12mm FH screw.

FE1 Furling Foil Splice Connector: FE1-SC: Extruded Aluminum Splice connects the Furling unit to the Furling Foil on I-265E and I-365E Furling Masts. Splice Connector is secured in Furling unit using FE1-THA Furling Screw Tack Hook, and to Furling Foil and Foil Feeder with 5mm x 12mm FH screws. Splice Connector is 400mm (15 3/4") long with a 10mm hole and (4) 5mm tapped holes.

Furling Screw Tack Hook: FE1-THA: SS Tack Hook also connects Furling unit to the Splice Connector on I-265E, I-365E, and F-560E Furling Masts. Tack Hook is 8mm (5/16") x 2 1/2" long and includes locknut.

FE1 Furling Screw Ass'y: FE1-FA: FE1 Furling Screw Assembly is used on I-265E, and I-365E Furling Masts. Unit is (maximum) 538mm long, and is attached to Mast with (4) 1/4" (or 6mm) FH screws on +/- 480mm centers. Note: Mast must be down to replace Furling Screw Assembly.

FE1 Furling Screw Line: FE1-Line: Standard Furling Line for I-265E and I-365E Furling Masts is 10mm x 59' (18M) long.

FE1 Furling Screw Line Guard: FE1-LG: SS Line Guard Assembly is used on I-265E and I-365E Furling Masts produced in France only. Unit is attached to Mast with (4) 5mm RH screws.

I-365E Tack Access Cover Plate: I365E-CP: Removable Cover Plate allows access to the Mainsail Tack for feeding or removing the sail. Cut from a piece of I-365E Mast Section, unit is held in place using the FE1-CPS Cover Plate attachment Slide. Aluminum Cover Plate is used on Masts produced in France only.

FE1 Cover Plate Attachment Slide: FE1-CPS: Sliding Plate attaches Cover Plate to Mast by sliding in the auxiliary Sail Slide slot. Unit is secured using (3) 6mm Allen set screws (included). SS Plate is 17mm wide x 300mm long (11 3/4") with tapped holes.

Folding Mast Stair - Composite Gray: K-11770C-G: Folding Mast Stairs are commonly used on Furling Masts, to aid in attaching and removing the Mainsail. This lightweight Composite unit projects 1 3/8" out from Mast when closed, and 6" when open. Fold-down tread is (maximum) 1 1/4" wide with a 4 1/2" foot space. Molded glass-filled unit will not rattle. Base is 4 1/4" high x (maximum) 2 5/8" wide, unit is 6" high when closed. Attaches to mast with (5) 3/16" (5mm) RH screws or rivets. Wide slightly curved base will fit most larger Mast Sections, composite base is easily faired to fit others. Unit weighs only 5.8 oz. and has a maximum load capacity of 300 lbs. (140 Kg.). Stocked in medium Gray (-G), unit is also available in Black (-B), or White (-W). A variety of other Mast Stairs are available, See: Mast Stairs.

NG1 Gooseneck Bracket for Furling Mast - 12mm Pin: NG1-11F: Cast aluminum Gooseneck Bracket is used on I-265E, I-365E, and F-560E Furling Masts with FB-550 and smaller Booms. It is compatible with all FB and NB Gooseneck Toggles that use a 12mm Pin. Bracket is 3 7/8" (98mm) high x 3 9/16" (90mm) wide, and is fastened with four (4) 1/4" (6mm) rivets. Bracket has 12mm (7/16") holes for use with any of the NB1-1 Vertical Gooseneck Toggle Pins. *Note that Bracket is commonly drilled for use with six (6) rivets, locating indents are provided.

FB2 Gooseneck Toggle for 12mm Vertical Pin: FB2-411: Extruded Aluminum Gooseneck Toggle is used on FB-220 and FB-550 Booms to attach to any of the NG1-11 Gooseneck Brackets. Toggle is 1 15/16" (50mm) high x 1 5/8" wide x 2 7/8" long with holes for 12mm vertical and horizontal pins on 1 7/16" centers. Anodized Toggle features central hole for cotter pin to secure Horizontal Pin FB220-1P, or FB550-1P.

NB1 Vertical Gooseneck Pin: NB1-1: Clevis pin is 12mm (7/16") dia. x 85mm (3 3/8") long. Used to attach the Gooseneck Toggle to NG1-11 Gooseneck/Vang Brackets.

NB1 Gooseneck Toggle: NB1-4: Used with FB-36, FB-60, FB-125, NB-16 and NB-26 Booms, Plastic Toggle fits in between the ears in the Gooseneck Casting. Horizontal Gooseneck Cylinder, NB1-3, then slides through the Gooseneck Casting and the Gooseneck Toggle. All 3 pieces are held together by the Vertical Gooseneck clevis Pin.

NB1 Horizontal Gooseneck Cylinder: NB1-3: Used with FB-36, FB-60, FB-125, NB-16 and NB-26 Booms, Plastic Cylinder slides through the Gooseneck Casting and the NB1-4 Gooseneck Toggle. Vertical Gooseneck Pin then slides through Mast Bracket, Gooseneck Toggle, and Horizontal Gooseneck Cylinder, in that order. Black plastic cylinder is 1" diameter x 1 1/2" long with hole for 12mm pin.

I-365E Mast Step - Deck Mount: I265E-5: Mast Step for use with I-265E & I-365E Mast Sections has provisions for (8) new-style Mast Base Turning Blocks and a SS Bail, NG2-20, for attachment of a soft Boom Vang. Nut slots on underside of casting and 12mm holes allow for attachment of Mast Base Turning Blocks, NGA-40 or NGA-41, without unfastening Mast Step. Cast Aluminum Mast Step is 9 1/4" (235mm) long x (maximum) 8" (200mm) wide, and fastens to deck with (4) 5/16" (8mm) FH Screws. Unit is marked 556190.

NG2 Mast Step Bail: NG2-20: SS Formed Bail fits in integral slot in aft side of Mast Step, used for attachment of Boom Vang. Bail is installed from underside of Deck Collar, which must be removed to install Bail. Bail is made from 10mm (3/8") rod, and is 2 3/4" (70mm) long x (maximum) 1 15/16" (50mm) high.

I-365E Internal Waterproofing Plug - Fwd.: I365E-WPF: Internal Waterproofing Plugs are installed in Keel-stepped Masts to prevent water intrusion below deck. Assembly for Forward Mast Cavity consists of 2 plastic pieces carefully cut to fit Mast interior with central PVC standpipe to allow passage of electrical wires. Unit slides up from the bottom of the Mast to a point just above Deck level where a hole is drilled in Mast to allow for application of expanding foam between plastic pieces. Second hole is drilled just above upper plastic piece to allow water drainage.
