| Tang Bearing Plates Bearing Plates are used to reinforce the mast wall, spreading the load of a single bolt attachment out over a greater area and increasing the bearing surface by using additional fasteners. Normally used in conjunction with a single bolt Shroud Tang. Note: Similar items are available for use on Booms with Standard (Pivoting) Boom Bails. See: Boom Bail Bearing Plates. Aluminum Bearing Plate w/ 5/8" hole: RCS-83-4310A: Cast aluminum Bearing Plate has (3) holes for 3/16" screws and (1) 5/8" hole for use with 5/8" bolt, or with SS Flange Bushing (K-9630-1008) and a 1/2" bolt. Cast Triangular Plate is 3" long x 3" wide (at bottom) x 3/16" (minimum) thick, and is contoured for use with many Mast Sections. Plate has uncoated finish for use in welded applications. As used by Columbia.
