| 1 1/8" Outside Diameter (OD) Heavy-Wall Round Spreaders on Kenyon Spars have been used with a variety of Spreader Bases. To order 1 1/8" OD Heavy Round Replacement Spreaders you must know the Length of the Spreader, from inboard end to the slot in the tip. | |

1 1/8" OD Spreader Tube: K-SPR9HXCA-____: 1 1/8" OD x 7/8" ID Heavy-Wall Round Spreader Section is stocked in a clear anodized finish and is available in 3', 4', 6' and 21' lengths, or can be cut to other lengths. To order: specify length.

1 1/8" OD Spreader Assembly: K-SPR9HA-____: 1 1/8" OD Heavy-Wall Round Spreader Assembly is supplied without holes for attachment to Mast Bracket. Spreader attaches to different mast Brackets in various ways, hole must be drilled on-site for attachment to Mast Bracket. Outboard end, K-9896, has slot for shroud up to 3/16" diameter, and holes for seizing wire (included). To order: specify length from inboard end to the slot in the tip.

Spreader Tip for 1 1/8" OD x 7/8" ID Spreader: K-9896: Clear anodized Aluminum Spreader Tip for 1 1/8" OD x 7/8" ID Spreader has slot for up to 3/16" diameter shroud. Lightweight, compact version replaces earlier Cast style and features cross-hole for seizing wire. New-style turned Tip extends shroud seat 5/16" beyond spreader tube, unit projects 5/8" (maximum) beyond spreader tube and is carefully rounded to reduce sail chafe.

Spreader Boot Pair for 1 1/8" OD Spreader: SP-057B: Spreader Boot for 1 1/8" OD Spreader is designed to reduce sail chafe. White Rubber Boot is attached to Spreader and Shroud using wire ties or Rigging Tape. Sold in Pairs only, they are (maximum) 5 3/4" long.

Some earlier versions are available, for inquires concerning them, Please forward a sketch with
dimensions and specify Mast Section.
Some Spreader Bases are commonly used with Compression Tubes fitting over one or more mounting
bolts,

Round Spreader Base Ass'y for 1 1/8" Spreaders: K-968: SS welded Spreader Bracket Assembly is used on Kenyon E-Section, 3049, 3550, 3650, and similar Mast Sections. Formed plate has welded socket to fit Kenyon 1 1/8" OD Round Spreaders. Teardrop shaped plate measures (maximum) 3 3/8" high x 2 1/2" wide, socket projects 2 1/4" (maximum) out from mast wall. Attaches to the mast with (7) 3/16" (#10) screws or rivets and (1) 3/8" bolt that also fastens the lower shroud tang. Spreader is held in socket using vertical 3/16" screw and nut or cotter pin.
