Rod Spreader Bends

Spreader Bends are used on continuous Rigging to hold the Spreader Tip in place and to provide better strain relief thus increasing fatigue life of the Rod. Spreader Bends are slid onto the Rod, positioned carefully, then the Rod and Spreader Bend are bent permanently to the correct angle of deflection. See also, other Rod Rigging Components.

Aluminum Spreader Bends - L200
Standard size anodized Aluminum Spreader Bends are the lightest-weight option for Spreader Bends. Made in a variety of lengths to accommodate a wide range of Spreader Tip thicknesses. "U" Length is the width of the center section, Spreader Tip thickness will be slightly less.

Stainless Steel Spreader Bends - L201X
Standard size Stainless Steel Spreader Bends are made to the same dimensions as the short versions of L200 Aluminum Spreader Bends. Slightly heavier, but with the obvious advantages of Stainless Steel.
