Flat Track
SS Flat Track
Stainless Steel Flat Track is commonly used on Deck for Jib and Genoa lead Cars, on the Mast for Spinnaker Cars and Gooseneck Slides, and on the Boom for Outhaul Cars (Slides). It is installed on top of a riser (metal, phenolic or wood) to allow room for the lower flanges of Slides and Cars. It is the heavy-duty precursor of Aluminum T-Track which incorporates an integral riser. All Flat Track is attached with Flat Head screws, and has intermediate holes for use with Spring Pin or Screw Pin stops.

3/4" SS Flat Track
3/4" x 1/8" SS Flat Track x 3' long: Sch 75-26X-3':
3/4" Stainless Steel Flat Track is 3/4" wide x 1/8" thick and is drilled for 3/16" (#10, or 5mm) FH screws on 3" (76mm) centers with 3/16" diameter stop holes centered between mounting holes. Produced in type 304 Stainless Steel.

 
  Adjustable Slide Stop for 3/4" T-Track: Sch 74-46X:
Stainless Steel Adjustable Stop incorporates a captive SS thumb screw to limit its position, and fits 3/4" T-Track and SS Flat Track. SS Adjustable Stop is 1" long x 15/16" wide.

1" Stainless Steel Flat Track is 1" wide x 1/8" thick and is drilled for 1/4" (6mm) FH screws on 4" (102mm) centers, and has 1/4" diameter stop holes centered between mounting holes. Highly polished type 304 SS Track attaches with (4) 1/4" FH screws, lower hole is used for permanent End Stop or screw to stop Slide from falling off. As used for Gooseneck Track on (some) O'Day 27, and others. RR 75-28X-1.25

1 1/2" Stainless Steel Flat Track is 1 1/2" wide x 1/4" thick and is drilled for (5) 5/16" (8mm) FH screws on 4" (aprox.) centers. Track has tapped holes (1/4-20) on each end for screw to keep Slide captive. Highly polished type 304 SS Track is 18 1/8" long.
